Which courier do you use for the shipment
We always use the express courier TNT. The delivery times vary between 2 and 4 working days throughout Europe.
We use the express courier TNT for shipments abroad. You can work out the shipment expense at the end of your order, or alternatively you can contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying your address (post code, city, and nation). Within a short time we will provide you with all the details regarding the costs and the goods delivery times.
Delivery times of the goods to the courier
The delivery times of the goods to the courier vary between 1 and 5 working days
- 1 working day: in case the order consists only of Spot Delivery frames or products available from the warehouse.
- within 5 working days: for all the other types of goods ordered. With regards to the engraved frames, the goods will be delivered within 5 working days from the time of the receipt of the final file, ready to be printed.
Should the order delivery take more than five working days, CPL Fabbrika will contact you again either by telephone or via e-mail.
Within 12 hours from the receipt of your order, CPL Fabbrika will send you an order confirmation via e-mail, with the delivery date to the courier and the full expense.
What is the difference between the Metal Profile frames 25x25 mm and the SC1 frames?
- "25x25 mm" indicates the profile of the frame, measuring 25 x 25 mm, and it looks like a little isosceles trapezium with matching sides.
It consists of a light and handy frame, suitable for frames measuring no more than 50x70 cm.
- The profile called SC1, or TL/0 by other manufacturers, is traditionally the most used by the Italian screen printers, and it looks like an isosceles trapezium with matching sides, and the ones where the fabric is glued are slightly convex.
Its volume is about 30x35 mm.
It is made of iron, and it is varnished with blue powders enamel.
The cost of the two profiles is the same. If you do not have any particular requirements with regards to the compatibility of the frame with your printing machine, for practicality we suggest you order any available frame from our warehouse. Please bear in mind that the frame 25x25 mm is lighter and handier, and it is suitable for measurements lower than 50x70 cm.
What is the difference between a low count mesh (i.e.: 34 threads) and a high count mesh (i.e.: 180 threads)?
The number next to the mesh indicates the number of threads per square centimetre. A 34-thread mesh will therefore let more ink pass through (there are less threads per square centimetre) and therefore it is suitable for printing less detailed stencils. A mesh with 180 Threads per square centimetre will let less ink pass through and it is therefore suitable for printing stencils with finer details, stripes, lines. Where can I find the products technical sheets? And the security cards?
With regards to the inks, almost every page dedicated to the inks contains a pdf which can be downloaded with the technical cards.

Which forms of payment do you take?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- bank transfer paid in advance
- Credit card (through the IWSmile on-line banking)
In order to pay by credit card I am directed outside your web site. How is this possible?
This is a standard procedure. Payments by Visa and MasterCard take place outside the CPL Fabbrika web site. This procedure aims at safeguarding your security: the IWSmile account will manage your data in a secure way.
You will pay for a product which matches your order number and you will see the whole amount due on your order form, inclusive of shipping and VAT.
Do you accept payments by rechargeable credit cards?
The virtual Pos IWSmile accepts payments by the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron.
I cannot end the transaction by Pay Pal or credit card. What can I do?
No problem. Please contact us sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state in your e-mail which products you wish to purchase and the total amount (inclusive of VAT and shipping expenses) which appears at the bottom of your order form.
We will send you a link by return, which will enable you to access again either paypal or iwsmile and complete your transaction.
I have finished the order and I would like to add a product. How do I do that?
Send us an e-mail at email@example.com indicating which product you wish to purchase.
We will work out the due amount and we will send you a link which will enable you to make the payment by PayPal or by Credit Card. Should you wish to pay by cash on delivery or by bank transfer paid in advance, we will send you an order confirmation with the total amount due to us.
Forwarding of the files for the film printing or the frame engraving
I need to send you a stencil for the film printing and the frame engraving, how do I do that?
You can send us the stencils for the film printing and the frames engraving through the automatic upload at the end of the order.
According to the payment method, the upload will take place as follows:
- if you have chosen to pay by bank transfer paid in advance or by cash on delivery: at the end of the order, a link will appear which will take you to the upload page
- if you have chosen to pay by PayPal at the end of the order you will be directed to the PayPal page, where you will be able to make your payment; afterwards you will be automatically led back to the file uploading page.
- if you have chosen to pay by Credit Card: At the end of the order you will be led to the payment page of the IWSmile account. This page opens up in a pop up, or in a separate page (according to the browser).
End the transaction with IWSmile, close the IWSmile page and the order ending CPL Fabbrika page will remain open on the browser, from where you will be able to click on the file uploading link.
Which file format do I have to send you?
You can forward them in .ai format or .eps format; however, in this case you will need to send also a pdf, scale 1:1, as file verification.
You can forward us the jpg file, if this is ready to be printed and does not need work on our part.
The products are arranged according to a very practical criteria How does the printer call a particular product? Where would he place it?
However, for some very specific or ambivalent products, the request may take longer: we suggest you type the product you are looking for in the "search" space which is high on the left.
The information request form does not work, or perhaps I have a doubt about the reception on your part of my request.
To be on the safe side, when you fill in the form, please always use the flag "Forward a copy of this e-mail to my address", so that you will also receive the e-mail which you have sent us, and you will be reassured that the e-mail has been forwarded.
